Cushman & Wakefield in Bengaluru is seeking an Account Manager to oversee multiple client sites, establish governance, and ensure SLA adherence, coordinating with onsite teams and service providers.

The role emphasizes client and vendor relationship management, timely reporting, compliance, audits, and the implementation of best practices such as 5S and sustainability programs to drive performance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Managing Multiple client sites, establishing operations governance, ensure SLA adherence.
• Superior client management & vendor management
• Compliance & Governance: Maintain statutory compliance & operational audit readiness
• Team Management: Manage Onsite teams efficiently, drive performance excellence at client sites.
• Reports: Ensure all site governance reports are submitted on time and review with manager
• Also ensure client reports are submitted on time.
• Conduct MMR, QBR, HBR at all client sites and review with clients.
• Implement Best Practices like 5S , Sustainability program, Certification Program etc.
• Timely invoices & Collections within agreed terms
• Scheduled reviews (Daily/Weekly /Monthly /Quarterly / As & when required).
• Conduct Audits for assigned site by the manager.
