Role Description

Arboreal is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Operations Manager for a full-time on-site position based in Lucknow.

In this role, you will lead OTIF (on time, in full) commitments to our Customers, develop and implement processes for efficient operations, daily operational activities, oversee supply chain and production processes, and ensure quality standards and efficiency targets are met.

You will develop and implement operational strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and foster continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of health and safety policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The role demands collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational success and scale the organization effectively.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of high quality professional experience preferably in a scaling startup or setting up new operations


• Systems & Process Development: Demonstrated ability to design, implement and monitor systems and processes that lead to operational excellence. Ensure OTIF (On time, in Full) for our Customers.


• Supply Chain Management: Expertise in logistics, inventory management, and vendor relations, ensuring seamless production and timely deliveries.


• Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of industrial safety standards, quality assurance, and compliance with operational regulations.


• Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in identifying operational challenges and implementing effective solutions. Being able to think through first principles and break down complex issues into addressable chunks is an absolute must.


• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for team management and stakeholder coordination.


• Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
