IoTReady provides hardware and software traceability solutions for 1500+ warehouses and factories across India. We work with customers like BigBasket, Vedanta, Flipkart, and Sun Pharma—tracking everything from fruits and vegetables to copper and aluminum.

The Role

We're hiring a Delivery Manager to lead the implementation of our IoT and Software Platform solutions at customer sites. You'll be the bridge between our technology team and operations teams at India's best companies—ensuring successful deployments, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving project success in fast-paced, real-world environments.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the controlled chaos of a fast-growing startup and has seen how operations actually work on the ground—whether in manufacturing, commerce, or e-commerce.

What You'll Work On:

• Managing end-to-end deployment of IoT hardware and software platforms at customer warehouses and factories
• Coordinating with customer operations teams, IT teams, and our internal engineering team
• Planning and executing rollouts across multiple sites (often 2-3 new sites going live per day)
• Troubleshooting implementation challenges and finding pragmatic solutions under tight timelines
• Gathering requirements from customers and translating them into actionable specifications for our tech team
• Building strong relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels
• Training customer teams on using our platform and ensuring successful adoption
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Experience Required

5-7 years of professional experience in operations, project management, or implementation roles

We strongly prefer:

• Experience in Manufacturing, E-Commerce, or Quick Commerce operations
• Those who have worked in high-growth startups or fast-paced operational environments
• Experience deploying technology solutions in warehouse or factory settings
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in organized chaos

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working in the field—visiting warehouses, factories, and customer sites regularly

• Not easily rattled by last-minute changes or unexpected challenges
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and get hands-on when needed

  Nice to Have:

  • PMP, Scrum, or other project management certifications
  • Technical background or understanding of IoT systems
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Zoho, ERPNext)
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS or platform implementations
  • Knowledge of warehouse management or inventory systems
  • Experience training end users on new technology

  Work Requirements

  • Full-time, in-office in Bangalore (Richmond Road)
  • Significant travel required (40-50%) to customer sites across India
