We're looking for a Senior HR Manager to drive Anveshan's people function end-to-end — closing critical hiring needs, shaping
the organization as it scales, driving performance and rewards, and staying close to the people on the ground. Working directly
work with the Founders and senior management, you'll combine hands-on, high-priority ownership of recruitment, organisational
design, performance and employee wellbeing with strong oversight of the day-to-day HR operations engine that keeps the company
compliant and running smoothly.

The role owns oversight of the areas below and ensures they run smoothly, largely by coordinating with the payroll team, HR operations
processes, and existing trackers/systems.
Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
Coordinate onboarding, induction, confirmations, transfers, promotions and exit formalities.
Maintain accurate employee records, documentation and HR files.
Prepare offer, appointment, confirmation, promotion and experience letters.
Manage HRMS data, attendance and leave records.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the payroll team and ensure timely processing.
Maintain employee databases and HR dashboards.
Resolve employee queries on HR policies, attendance, leave and payroll.
Drive HR process improvement and automation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements and company policy.
Coordinate PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Statutory Bonus and other statutory processes.
Maintain audit‑ready HR documentation and compliance trackers.
Support internal and external HR audits.
Plan and execute engagement activities, wellness initiatives, celebrations and recognition programs.
Coordinate employee surveys, feedback initiatives and action planning.
Own onboarding and probation review processes for a strong early experience.
Support broader employee relations activities.Performance & HR Program Support
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and probation reviews.
Enable goal-setting, performance documentation and review processes.
Assist in implementing learning & development initiatives.
Monitor HR KPIs and prepare monthly people analytics reports.
Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports.
Track attendance, attrition, retention, leave trends and engagement metrics.
Turn data into insights that improve HR processes and employee experience.
Mandatory — 8–12 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles, including hands‑on recruitment/talent
closure experience.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Hands‑on experience with HRMS, payroll coordination and HR operations.
Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
