Job summary

Arbolus is hiring an Insights Associate in India to lead and deliver short- to medium-term projects directly with clients and experts. You will oversee end-to-end execution, translate requirements into research plans, recruit experts, and ensure a high-quality experience throughout the process.

You will build strong relationships with users and experts, drive adoption of the Customer Library, and relay user feedback to product and commercial teams to improve the platform.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in a client-facing, research, consulting, recruitment or service role.
• Strong verbal and written communication to engage clients and experts.
• Curious mindset with genuine interest in learning and solving problems.
• Excellent organisation to manage multiple priorities in a fast pace.
• University degree with high academic achievement.

About the role-

Arbolus is looking for an Insights Associate to join our team in India. Our Associates independently lead and deliver short- to medium-term projects, working directly with clients and experts to deliver high-quality insights and outcomes.

Key responsibilities you will be in charge of:

Insights Delivery

• Own the end-to-end execution of Insights projects, providing day-to-day support on multiple, concurrent and time-sensitive research requests.

• Translate client requirements into clear research approaches and identify the right experts to address those needs.

• Source and recruit leading experts through online research, networking and targeted outreach.

• Screen new and existing experts via email and/or phone to assess relevance, expertise and fit for each project.

• Build strong relationships with experts and ensure they have a high-quality experience throughout the research process.

• Onboard new experts to the Arbolus platform and ensure they are fully enabled to participate in projects.

User Engagement

• Act as a day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of users, building trusted working relationships with free, trial and end-users.

• Onboard new users onto the Arbolus platform and drive adoption of Customer Library, so users get maximum value from what they've bought.

• Gather and channel user feedback to our Product and Commercial teams, acting as the voice of the user within Arbolus.

• Work closely with Commercial and Delivery teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience from onboarding through ongoing engagement.

Expert Engagement

• Drive meaningful engagement with experts on the Arbolus platform, across both business and non-business activity.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with experts and strengthen their connection with Arbolus.

• Identify opportunities to increase expert participation, responsiveness and activity across the platform.

• Help ensure Arbolus maintains a high-quality, engaged and reliable expert community.

Requirements to succeed in this role:

• 0–2 years of experience in a client-facing, research, consulting, recruitment or service-oriented role. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in building a career in the fast-growing expert network industry are welcome to apply.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage directly with clients and experts.

• A curious and inquisitive mindset, with a genuine interest in learning and solving problems.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• A university degree with demonstrated high academic achievement.

• An agile mindset, curiosity and comfort with ambiguity, along with the courage to challenge traditional ways of working.
