Join us, and get better with every move.* **Vehicle Inspection & Preparation:*** **Conduct thorough inspections:** Examine vehicles for any damage, wear and tear, or missing components.* **Document findings:** Accurately record inspection findings, including photos and detailed descriptions.* **Oversee reconditioning:** Manage the reconditioning process, ensuring vehicles are brought up to a high standard for resale. This may involve: Minor repairs, Cleaning and detailing, Replacing worn parts.* **Pricing & Valuation:*** **Determine market value:** Research market trends, competitor pricing, and auction results to accurately determine the market value of each vehicle.* **Develop pricing strategies:** Implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.* **Vehicle Pickup & Delivery:*** **Coordinate vehicle pickups and deliveries:** Schedule and coordinate vehicle pickups , deliveries via service providers or other designated locations.* **Transport vehicles:** Safely transport vehicles to designated locations, such as reconditioning centers, storage yards, or auction sites.* **Deliver vehicles:** Deliver vehicles to buyers (dealers, wholesalers, individuals) as per agreed-upon terms.* **Stockyard Management & Inventory Control:*** **Track vehicle movement:** Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and movements throughout the remarketing process.* **Update inventory records:** Update inventory records in real-time to reflect vehicle status (e.g., in transit, in storage, sold).* **Coordinate vehicle storage:** Arrange for secure and cost-effective storage of vehicles as needed.* **Communication & Coordination:*** **Communicate with stakeholders:** Effectively communicate with buyers, dealers, transporters, service provider of RTO’s and other stakeholders regarding vehicle pickups, deliveries, documentations, and any relevant issues.* **Coordinate with other departments:** Collaborate with other departments, such as remarketing, finance, and customer service, to ensure a smooth and efficient process.* **Stock Report Maintenance:*** **Prepare daily/weekly stock reports:** Compile and maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle stock reports.* **Analyze stock data:** Analyze stock data to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.**Why Ayvens?**With over 3.4 million vehicles managed across more than 42 countries, we provide full-service leasing, flexible subscription services, fleet management services and multi-mobility solutions to customers of all sizes, including large corporates, SMEs, professionals, and private individuals.
