Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have 7–10 years of leadership experience in operations, warehouse, and supply chain management.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive process improvements and cost optimization.
• Strong analytical, planning and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with goals.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Prepare and manage operational budgets with cost optimization.
• Establish SOPs and quality standards across functions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, HR, and others.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation actions.
• Track and report KPIs to senior management.
• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and returns.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through audits and cycle counts.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization.
• Maintain stock levels with procurement coordination.
• Ensure timely order picking, packing and dispatch.
• Maintain warehouse infrastructure and equipment.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Head to oversee and optimize the organization's end-to-end operations, including warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, improve productivity, ensure timely order fulfillment, and lead cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Operations Management

• Lead and oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor operational performance and drive continuous process improvements.
• Prepare and manage operational budgets while ensuring cost optimization.
• Establish and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, HR, and other departments to ensure seamless business operations.
• Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, dispatch, and returns.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization for maximum efficiency.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal inventory.
• Ensure timely and accurate order picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Implement warehouse best practices to improve productivity, accuracy, and safety.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse infrastructure and equipment.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop operations and warehouse teams.
• Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Identify training needs and support employee development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in operations, warehouse, and supply chain management, including leadership experience.
