Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations, auto & spare parts logistics and dealer/distributor service.
• Set up quality warehouses with WMS implementation across pan-India locations.
• Maintain communication with top management and finalize customer agreements.
• Aim for zero-line loss, optimize freight costs and minimize detention costs.
• Drive KPI achievement, process control, cycle counts and annual inventory.
• Lead storage optimization, inventory turnover and FIFO compliance.

Job Description

• Experience in Warehouse Operations, Auto & Spare Parts Logistics, Dealer/Distributor service management, OEM Store & Line feeding, Digitalization work (WMS). Experience in setting up quality warehouses at multiple PAN India locations with WMS implementation. Setup of large warehouses & facilities according to space utilization.
• Maintain constant communication with top management.
• Finalize agreement with customer to ensure smooth warehouse and store operations for zero-line loss in production.
• Responsible for freight cost optimization and zero detention cost of vehicles.
• Responsible for KPI achievement, process control, cycle count, process audit & annual inventory.
• Experience in implementation of WMS system.
• Responsible for optimizing storage space & inventory turnover, reducing shelf‑life material, controlling FIFO, and order picking/delivery activities to reduce cost.
• Development and implementation of workflow management, Kaizen, safety training procedures and processes. Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master’s in Public Health (MPH) preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale healthcare facilities, including hospitals, multi-specialty clinics, or integrated health systems.
• Strong expertise in operational planning, process optimization, and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams, drive change, and manage complex projects under pressure.
• Proficiency in healthcare information systems (HIS), EHR/EMR platforms, and data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to make data‑driven decisions and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, patient‑centric environment with a focus on quality and safety.
