Renault Group in Chennai, India, seeks an Accounts Payable professional to manage AP invoice processing, vendor master maintenance, and travel & expenses reporting. You will ensure accurate VAT treatment, reconcile supplier accounts, and support payment runs using SAP ERP (AP–FICO).

The role requires 2–6 years in AP via SAP, strong analytical skills, familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, and the ability to work with global teams while adhering to process SLAs.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of relevant experience in F&A – Accounts Payable, with hands-on SAP ERP AP–FICO experience.
• Experience in similar organizations (third-party or captive units) is desirable.
• VAT/tax treatment knowledge and supplier account reconciliations are required.

Responsabilités

• Process AP invoices and credit notes (PO and non-PO).
• Maintain vendor master data and resolve vendor queries.
• Process travel and expense reports per policy and SLA.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing and flag issues in real time.

**Job Description****ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:****AP Invoice Processing**-Processing of Supplier invoices & Credit notes – Both PO and Non-PO Invoices (Purchase Order and Non-Purchase Order)-Analyse Supplier invoices by expense type and book to appropriate GL-Obtain invoice authorization as per defined process procedures-Account for the correct treatment of VAT on expense invoices-Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve differences-Perform payment run**Vendor Master**-Set-up and maintain supplier accounts - Create new vendors and make changes/updates to existing vendors in accordance with the company policy-Handle queries relating to VMD**AP Travel & Expenses**-Process Travel and Expense reports in accordance with the company policy-Handle queries relating to Travel & Expense queriesGeneral-Deliver Timely and Error free processing as per Process SLA-Abiding by all the policy rules and regulations of the process-Real time communication of all issues relating to process and raising of timely red flags**RELEVANT EXPERIENCE**-2 – 6 Years of relevant experience is required in F&A – Accounts Payable domain. Hands on experience in SAP ERP in AP – FICO Module. Experience in similar organization – Third Party or Captive units is desired.**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**-Accounting Skills & Experience with SAP ERP-Good Analytical & problem-solving skills-Good PC Skills – Typing, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Outlook – email handling skills-Sound knowledge of procedures and issues within Finance and Accounting - Accounts Payable and Travel and expense.
