• To manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the organization, ensuring timely and effective talent acquisition aligned with business needs.


• The role involves strategic collaboration with hiring managers, innovative sourcing, compliance with labor laws, and contributing to employer branding initiatives to position Adani Airports as an employer of choice

Key Responsibilities of Role

• - Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles within the group.


• - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.


• - Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent pools and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.


• - Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.


• - Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization.


• - Coordinate with external agencies and partners for specialized recruitment needs.
