Job summary

Adani GCC is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions in India. The role emphasizes stakeholder management, strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations to fulfill hiring needs while delivering a superior candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years in Talent Acquisition, exposure to GCC/Shared Services, and proficiency with ORC or other ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline required.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
• Certification in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Management is a plus.
• 8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Staffing.
• Proven experience in mid-level to senior hiring.
• Experience with GCC, Shared Services, Corporate Functions, IT, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, or HR hiring.
• Exposure to Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) or other ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for lateral, leadership, niche, and volume hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and talent needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and networks.
• Screen candidates, conduct competency-based interviews, and negotiate salaries.
• Drive the interview process and coordinate stakeholder feedback.
• Manage offers, pre-joining engagement, onboarding, and candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment data, dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring metrics.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, documentation, BGV, and onboarding.
• Lead campus/campus hiring, diversity hiring, and employer branding initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and recruitment automation for efficiency.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Collaborate with HRBP, Compensation, and Business Teams to enable seamless hiring operations.

• The role requires expertise in stakeholder management, strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations to ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements while maintaining a superior candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities of Role

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for lateral, leadership, niche, and volume hiring requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce planning and talent needs.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and salary negotiations.
• Drive the interview process, coordinate stakeholder interactions, and ensure timely feedback closure.
• Manage offer rollouts, pre-joining engagement, onboarding coordination, and candidate experience initiatives.
• Maintain recruitment data, dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring metrics.
