Job summary

K Raheja Corp in Mumbai is seeking a Security & Safety lead to protect the promoter’s property and supervise a team of 15-20 outsourced security personnel. You will prepare duty rosters, coordinate with secretarial/EAs for VIP movements, and ensure vehicle movement and incident reporting.

The role requires strong communication, IT literacy, and fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi. You will conduct security checks, implement SOPs, train staff, and run drills to maintain a secure corporate

Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for Security & Safety of the Promoters property.
• Lead the team 15-20 outsourced security personnel.
• Prepare and maintain duty roster of all subordinates.
• Coordinate with the Secretary / EA with regards to the movement of the VIPs
• Coordinate with the EA team/ front office with regards to movement of any guests and visitors.
• Coordinate with the EA team/ front office with regards to any events being organized at the house and ensure smooth movement of the guests and vehicles.
• To carry out frequent security checks and report accidents and incidents.
• Ensure all promoter vehicle inspection is carried out while ingress/ egress (check for any damage/ s).
• Ensure compliance with SOPs regarding the movement of goods, visitors, Scrap etc.
• Check & monitor records maintained by on roll Officers/ guards / supervisors.
• To regulate the movement of vehicles.
• Profiling of all laborers coming for any project or refurbishment work. Ensure work permits records and safety precautions during project work, maintenance work and ensure use of PPEs.
• Ensure regular training for outsourced security staff.
• Table-top drills to be conducted subject to fire emergency, medical emergency natural calamities etc.
• Must be aware of security procedures in the corporate sector.
• Good knowledge of CCTV (Make, Model, configuration etc) and able to develop CCTV framework at site.
• To investigate every incident occurring in the premises and suggest remedial measures.
• Ensure regular safety rounds in the premises and circulate observation reports and closure om the same.
• To discuss with Building manager regarding any unsafe act / condition observed and implement remedial measures.
• To take help from local police or Government authorities during emergency.
