Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in Executive Protection (EP).
• Experience coordinating or supervising protective services operations.
• Strong knowledge of Mumbai routes, venues, and local security dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi desirable).
• Background in armed forces or core physical security preferred.
• Willingness to travel at short notice within the country or abroad.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage executive protection and event security operations, advance work, and movement planning.
• Personally conduct EP when required, including close protection and secure transportation.
• Conduct threat and risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
• Liaise with clients, drivers, local vendors, and security teams to ensure seamless protection.
• Oversee scheduling, deployment, and quality control of EP resources.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, reporting standards, and client expectations.

Required Experience Skills

• Proven experience in Executive Protection (EP) with prior hands-on field exposure.
• Experience coordinating or supervising protective services operations.
• Strong knowledge of Mumbai routes, venues, and local security dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills in English Hindi (Marathi is desirable), situational awareness, and decision-making skills.
• From an armed forces (special forces preferable) or core physical security background.
• Willingness to travel at short notice within the country or abroad as required.
