Location- Chembur/ All Sites
Job Purpose
To establish and manage a robust security system across corporate offices, residential projects, construction sites, and other company premises, ensuring the safety of employees, residents, visitors, assets, and property.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, and emergency response procedures across all locations.
- Oversee security operations across multiple project sites and offices.
- Manage and supervise security personnel, supervisors, and security agencies.
- Plan manpower deployment, shift schedules, duty rosters, and site coverage.
- Ensure effective access control for employees, contractors, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance, access control systems, alarms, and other security infrastructure.
- Conduct regular security audits, site inspections, and vulnerability/risk assessments.
- Identify potential security threats and implement preventive and corrective measures.
- Ensure strict control over material movement, gate passes, vehicle entry/exit, and asset movement.
- Coordinate with Police, Fire Brigade, local authorities, and emergency services when required.
- Handle security incidents including theft, unauthorized access, disputes, accidents, and emergencies.
- Develop and conduct fire, evacuation, emergency, and disaster-response drills.
- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed incident reports with corrective actions.
- Manage security vendors and ensure compliance with contractual SLAs and manpower requirements.
- Ensure security agency compliance with PSARA and applicable statutory requirements.
- Train security staff on security protocols, emergency response, fire safety, and professional conduct.
- Prepare periodic security MIS reports covering incidents, manpower, deployment, audits, and compliance.
- Coordinate with Project, HR, Admin, Facility, and other internal teams on security-related matters.
