A security services firm in Mumbai is looking for a Protective Services Coordinator responsible for planning and overseeing executive protection and event security operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in executive protection, strong knowledge of local security dynamics, and excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. This role requires the ability to manage protective resources effectively and ensure compliance with security protocols. Willingness to travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Executive Protection (EP) with hands-on field exposure.
• Experience coordinating or supervising protective services operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus.
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi; Marathi desirable.
• Background in armed forces (special forces preferable) or core physical security.
• Willingness to travel on short notice within the country or abroad.

The Protective Services Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing executive protection and event security operations while also being capable of delivering hands‑on EP services when required. The role demands strong operational experience, local knowledge of Mumbai, and the ability to manage protective resources, logistics, and stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage executive protection and event security operations, advance work, and movement planning
• Personally conduct EP when required, including close protection and secure transportation
• Conduct threat and risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures
• Liaise with clients, drivers, local vendors, and security teams to ensure seamless protection
• Oversee scheduling, deployment, and quality control of EP resources
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, reporting standards, and client expectations

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in Executive Protection (EP) with prior hands‑on field exposure.
• Experience coordinating or supervising protective services operations.
• Strong knowledge of Mumbai routes, venues, and local security dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Marathi is desirable), situational awareness, and decision‑making skills.
• From an armed forces (special forces preferable) or core physical security background.
• Willingness to travel at short notice within the country or abroad as required.
