Job summary

Adani Group seeks an experienced professional to validate master data deliverables and provide first-level support to project and commercial teams on data requirements. The role focuses on MDG-based master data governance, data quality reviews, and adherence to established standards and SLAs.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in master data management, experience with SAP MDG/LSMW, and knowledge of SAP MM and SD processes. Graduation and SAP Certification are preferred qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in master data management and SAP MDG environment.
• Strong understanding of data quality principles and cleansing techniques.
• Familiarity with SAP MM and SD data domains is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review master data change requests submitted by end-user in MDG platform for its fit and form against the published standards and procedures of master data
• Perform data quality review on the change request for the CRUD process as outlined in data quality management guidelines
• Process master data request in MDG using appropriate LSMWs
• Support and exchange knowledge on data, MDG platform and governance with business users
• Ensure the master data change requests are completed on time and the requests are processed within the SLA’s related to Turn Around Time and the accuracy of the processed data
• Contribute to Training End-users on the master data change management process for new joinees

• - Number of tickets handled
• - Number of Master data records impacted (CRUD)

Knowledge of Functional area of SAP MM and SD

Any Graduation, SAP Certification

Experiences:

• 4-5 years in master data management
• Experience in service industries for data management and SAP rollout projects / IT implementation
• Proficiency in customer / supplier business processes
• Knowledge in data quality and data cleansing shall be added advantage
