Job summary

Adani Enterprises Ltd. is seeking an Executive to lead Group Data Governance and Control. You will validate master data deliverables, provide first-level support for data requirements, and guide project teams on templates and standards.

The role requires strong SAP MDG knowledge, 4–5 years in master data management, and experience in service industries with SAP rollout projects. You will oversee data quality, SLA adherence, and bi-weekly reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or graduation in a relevant field.
• SAP MM/SD knowledge required.
• 4–5 years of experience in master data management.
• Experience in service industries for data management and SAP rollout projects.
• Proficiency in customer and supplier business processes.
• Knowledge of data quality and cleansing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate master data change requests in MDG for fit against standards.
• Perform data quality review on CRUD change requests as per guidelines.
• Process master data requests in MDG using LSMWs.
• Share knowledge and support business users on data and governance.
• Ensure requests are completed within SLA Turn Around Time and accuracy targets.
• Publish bi-weekly reports on tickets and master data changes with metrics.
• Contribute to end-user training on master data management processes.

Job description

Executive - Group Data Governance and Control

Validate project deliverables related to master data for its quality. Provide first level support to project teams / commercial team on data requirement, orientation on the templates.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Review master data change requests submitted by end-user in MDG platform for its fit and form against the published standards and procedures of master data
• Perform data quality review on the change request for the CRUD process as outlined in data quality management guidelines
• Process master data request in MDG using appropriate LSMWs
• Support and exchange knowledge on data, MDG platform and governance with business users
• Ensure the master data change requests are completed on time and the requests are processed within the SLA’s related to Turn Around Time and the accuracy of the processed data.
• Publish Bi-Weekly reports and master data change requests with respect to
  • Number of tickets handled
  • Number of Master data records impacted (CRUD)
  • Business/ Project and BAU Split up of requests for the period.
• Contribute to Training End-users on the master data change management process for new joinees

Requirements

• Knowledge of Functional area of SAP MM and SD
• Any Graduation, SAP Certification
• Experiences: 4-5 years in master data management
• Experience in service industries for data management and SAP rollout projects / IT implementation
• Proficiency in customer / supplier business processes
• Knowledge in data quality and data cleansing shall be added advantage
