Job summary

Adani Capital Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior Officer to oversee master data quality and MDG changes. You will validate deliverables, support project teams on data requirements, and ensure adherence to standards and SLAs.

The role requires 4–5 years in master data management, with SAP MM/SD experience and data cleansing knowledge advantageous. You will work on MDG processes using LSMWs and help train end-users.

Qualifications

• Graduation completed; SAP Certification preferred.
• 4–5 years in master data management.
• Experience in SAP MM/SD and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Validate project deliverables related to master data for quality.

• Review master data change requests in MDG for fit to published standards.

• Publish bi-weekly reports on tickets, records impacted, and split of requests (business/BAU).

Senior Officer Responsibilities

Validate project deliverables related to master data for its quality. provide first level support to project teams / commercial team on data requirement, orientation on the templates.

Operational Roles & Responsibilities

Review master data change requests submitted by end-user in MDG platform for its fit and form against the published standards and procedures of master data.

Perform data quality review on the change request for the CRUD process as outlined in data quality management guidelines.

Process master data request in MDG using appropriate LSMWs.

Support and exchange knowledge on data, MDG platform and governance with business users.

Ensure the master data change requests are completed on time and the requests are processed within the SLA’s related to Turn Around Time and the accuracy of the processed data.

• Publish Bi-Weekly reports and master data change requests with respect to - Number of tickets handled - Number of Master data records impacted (CRUD) - Business/ Project and BAU Split up of requests for the period.

Contribute to Training End-users on the master data change management process for new joinees Knowledge of Functional area of SAP MM and SD Qualifications Any Graduation, SAP Certification Experiences: 4-5 years in master data management Experience in service industries for data management and SAP rollout projects / IT implementation Proficiency in customer / supplier business processes Knowledge in data quality and data cleansing shall be added advantage
