Job summary

Adani Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a Senior Officer to validate master data deliverables and provide first-level support to project teams on data requirements and templates.

Key responsibilities include reviewing MDG change requests, performing data quality reviews, processing requests via MDG/LSMWs, and publishing bi-weekly reports. Knowledge of SAP MM/SD and data governance is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required and SAP Certification is preferred.
• Experience in master data management and SAP MDG.
• Knowledge of data quality and data cleansing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review master data change requests for fit and form against standards.
• Perform data quality review on CRUD change requests per guidelines.
• Process master data requests in MDG using appropriate LSMWs.
• Support and exchange knowledge on data, MDG, governance with business users.
• Ensure requests are completed on time within SLA turnaround times and accuracy.
• Publish bi-weekly reports on tickets, master data records, and project/BAU split.
• Contribute to end-user training on change management for new joinees.

Senior Officer Validate project deliverables related to master data for its quality. provide first level support to project teams / commercial team on data requirement, orientation on the templates.

Operational Roles & Responsibilities

• Review master data change requests submitted by end-user in MDG platform for its fit and form against the published standards and procedures of master data
• Perform data quality review on the change request for the CRUD process as outlined in data quality management guidelines
• Process master data request in MDG using appropriate LSMWs
• Support and exchange knowledge on data, MDG platform and governance with business users
• Ensure the master data change requests are completed on time and the requests are processed within the SLA’s related to Turn Around Time and the accuracy of the processed data
• Publish Bi-Weekly reports and master data change requests with respect to - Number of tickets handled - Number of Master data records impacted (CRUD) - Business/ Project and BAU Split up of requests for the period
• Contribute to Training End-users on the master data change management process for new joinees

Knowledge of Functional area of SAP MM and SD

Any Graduation, SAP Certification

Experiences: 4-5 years in master data management

Experience in service industries for data management and SAP rollout projects / IT implementation

Proficiency in customer / supplier business processes

Knowledge in data quality and data cleansing shall be added advantage
