Job summary

Bridge Global seeks an IT Systems Administrator to oversee Windows/Linux servers, network security, and cloud identity integration. You will manage IT infrastructure, virtualization, and backup strategies while supporting incident resolution and compliance initiatives.

The role covers AD/Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, M365 and Google Workspace administration, and hybrid identity environments to ensure service availability and resilience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Windows and Linux servers, workstations, and IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, routing and security.
• Experience with AD/Entra ID and hybrid identity environments.

• System Administration: Administration and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers, workstations, and IT infrastructure.
• Network & Security: Management of network infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, routing, and network security.
• DNS & DHCP: Administration and troubleshooting of DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, and network services.
• Active Directory & Hybrid Infrastructure: Management of Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, and hybrid identity environments.
• Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace: Administration of Microsoft 365 services, user accounts, licenses, security, and Google Workspace.
• Virtualization: Management and maintenance of Hyper-V environments, virtual machines, and replication.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Management of backup infrastructure, disaster recovery processes, and recovery testing.
• Business Continuity: Development and maintenance of BCP/DR strategies to ensure business resilience and service availability.
• Incident & IT Service Management: Handling L1/L2/L3 escalations, incident management, problem resolution, and ITSM processes.
• Endpoint Security: Administration of endpoint protection, security policies, vulnerability management, and threat remediation.
• Patch Management & Compliance: Server/workstation patching, security updates, vulnerability remediation, and IT compliance requirements.
• Infrastructure Monitoring: Monitoring system availability, performance, capacity, and infrastructure health.
