Job summary

Bridge Global in India is seeking an experienced IT administrator to manage Windows and Linux servers, workstations, and the broader IT infrastructure across the organization.

You will handle network security, DNS/DHCP, AD/Entra ID and Azure AD Connect, and oversee virtualization with Hyper-V, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.

The role also covers incident management, ITSM processes, endpoint security, patching, and compliance programs to safeguard operations.

Responsibilities

• Administration and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers, workstations, and IT infrastructure.
• Management of network infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, routing, and network security.
• Administration of DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, and network services.
• Management of Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, and hybrid identity environments.
• Administration of Microsoft 365 services, user accounts, licenses, security, and Google Workspace.
• Management and maintenance of Hyper-V environments, virtual machines, and replication.
• Management of backup infrastructure, disaster recovery processes, and recovery testing.
• Development and maintenance of BC/DR strategies for business resilience.
• Handling L1/L2/L3 escalations, incident management, problem resolution, and ITSM processes.
• Administration of endpoint protection, security policies, vulnerability management, and threat remediation.
• Server/workstation patching, security updates, vulnerability remediation, and IT compliance requirements.
• Monitoring system availability, performance, capacity, and infrastructure health.
• Good to have ISO 27001, SOC 2, ISMS, security policies, audits, and compliance initiatives.
