Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on L3 production support in .NET/C# and healthcare integration platforms.
• Bachelor's in CS/IT/Engineering recommended as a soft filter.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support for Guiding Care and healthcare apps, including 24x7 on‑call rotation.
• Debug API calls, middleware logs, and SQL data issues; perform root‑cause analysis and minor fixes.
• Develop automation scripts for configuration validation and regression testing.
• Monitor integration endpoint performance and resolve bottlenecks.
• Maintain knowledge base and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders during major incidents.

• Provide L3 production support for Guiding Care integration workflows and other healthcare applications, including 24x7 on‑call rotation
• Debug API calls, middleware logs, and SQL data issues; perform root‑cause analysis and apply minor bug fixes/patches in C#/.NET
• Develop automation scripts for configuration validation and regression testing
• Monitor integration endpoint performance and resolve bottlenecks
• Maintain a knowledge base and produce documentation
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during major incidents (incident commander‑style coordination)
