We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Systems Engineer to manage, configure, and support enterprise Microsoft infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows Server administration, client Windows environment configuration, Hyper‑V virtualization, and Active Directory management.

This role involves maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performing IT infrastructure while supporting end-user computing environments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Windows Server Administration

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Manage server roles, updates, performance tuning, and system monitoring.
• Perform server patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure server security, availability, and reliability.

Client Windows Environment Management

• Configure and support client Windows environments across the organization.
• Deploy and manage Windows 10/11 systems.
• Implement and maintain Group Policies (GPOs) for endpoint management.
• Support user profile management, domain joining, and endpoint security configurations.
• Troubleshoot workstation hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Client communication and documentation
• Prepares technical planning, server architecture, configuration standards, implementation steps.

Active Directory Administration

• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Create and maintain user accounts, permissions, and organizational units.

Hyper‑V Virtualization

• Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions.

• Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for infrastructure-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory & Group Policy.
