Job Description
Senior Engineer is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the organization’s IT
infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, Linux Servers, endpoint management,
cloud platforms, identity and access management, and security tools.
The role focuses on ensuring system availability, security, performance, and compliance while
supporting day-to-day IT operations. The Engineer will work closely with internal IT, Security,
Cloud, and business teams to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, automate
processes, and maintain secure access to corporate systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online,
OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including user access, system
configuration, patching, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Administer and support Linux Servers, including user management, permissions, services,
patching, system monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
- Manage Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles,
application deployment, BitLocker, and endpoint security.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID / Azure IAM, including users, groups, roles, MFA, Conditional
Access, SSO, SAML, and access permissions.
- Manage and troubleshoot FortiClient VPN and endpoint connectivity issues.
- Support Microsoft Azure environments, including access control, RBAC, virtual machines,
and resource permissions.
- Perform server patching, system updates, vulnerability remediation, and security hardening
activities.
- Support AWS environments, including IAM users, groups, roles, policies, permissions, and
basic cloud resource administration.
- Manage and monitor EDR tools such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, SentinelOne,
CrowdStrike, or similar platforms.
- Perform basic SIEM monitoring, review security alerts and logs, and support initial incident
investigation and escalation.
- Create and maintain Microsoft Power Automate workflows to automate IT and business
processes.
- Manage IT assets, including laptops, desktops, servers, mobile devices, software licenses,
and accessories throughout their lifecycle.
- Support Windows desktop and Windows Server administration.
- Support Linux Server administration and troubleshooting.

Essential Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
- IT certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, VMware VCP, RHEL, or ITIL
Foundation.

Education Requirements & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 5 365, Windows/Linux Servers, Azure, AWS, endpoint management, and security tools.
- Experience supporting secure, complaint, and automated IT environments.
