Job summary

TECEZE is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer in Chennai, India. You will design, customize, and integrate Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, focusing on advanced configurations, workflows, and robust data models.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Dynamics 365 CRM customizations, workflows, plugins, integrations, and advanced configuration components.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service, and Dataverse.
• Develop C# plugins, custom connectors, workflows, and other CRM extensions using Visual Studio.
• Design and implement automation using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Work with Copilot Studio/Copilot capabilities and integrate AI-driven functionality into CRM solutions.
• Support CRM integration with internal and external applications using APIs, connectors, and Azure services.
• Participate in solution design and architecture discussions.
• Ensure proper data model alignment, data relationships, security, and business-process configuration.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Analyze and resolve complex Dynamics 365 CRM production issues and technical defects.
• Manage CRM solutions, deployments, and source control through Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, architects, and other technical teams.

Role Overview
