We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our enterprise technology team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, customization, and maintenance of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Dynamics 365 Development & Customization

• Core Development: Design, build, and maintain robust D365 CE applications. Write custom plugins, workflows, custom workflow activities, and API integrations using C# and .NET/Core.
• Frontend Customization: Develop high-performing client-side customizations using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Functional Configuration: Configure and customize core Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (experience with Field Service is a major plus).
• Solution Management: Manage solutions, application lifecycles (ALM), and system deployment across environments.

Database Integration & Reporting

• Oracle PL/SQL Engineering: Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, packages, functions, and database triggers to ensure seamless data flow between Dynamics 365 and our Oracle databases.
• SSRS Reporting: Design, develop, and support high-impact, data-driven SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) reports and complex SQL-based reporting solutions.

Architecture, Performance & Support

• Technical Leadership: Participate in technical design discussions, collaborate with architects, and provide scalable, secure solution recommendations.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex production issues, system bottlenecks, and integration failures.
• Security & Performance: Ensure high application performance, optimal database indexing, and strict adherence to enterprise security protocols.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Dynamics 365 / Microsoft Tech:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM / CE and Dataverse.
  • Deep proficiency in C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core.
  • Extensive experience building and consuming REST APIs.
  • Proven expertise in CRM customization: Plugins, Workflows, Business Rules, and Ribbon customizations.
• Database Skills (Oracle PL/SQL):
  • Strong, hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
  • Expert-level capability in writing Stored Procedures, Packages, Functions, Triggers, and complex SQL queries.
• Reporting Services:
  • Solid track record of developing and supporting SSRS Reports and custom SQL-based reporting pipelines.

Preferred & Nice-to-Have Skills

• Azure Integration Services: Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and API Management (APIM).
• Microsoft Power Platform: Familiarity with Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas), Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Certifications: Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure technologies.
• Enterprise Experience: Experience with multi-region/global CRM implementations, enterprise-scale CRM transformations, and high-security compliance.
• Modern Features: Exposure to Dynamics 365 Customer Insights or Copilot/AI capabilities.
