Job summary

Sunovaa Tech is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM professional to provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot customizations, and develop solutions using C#, JavaScript, and the Dynamics 365 SDK.

You will design automations with Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps, and build Power BI reports within Dynamics 365 CRM, covering Sales, Marketing, and Project Operations modules. Strong collaboration and documentation skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer science/IT-related discipline or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Service & Support.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Experience embedding Power BI reports within Dynamics 365 CRM.

Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications by resolving incidents, service requests, and production issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain customizations using C#, JavaScript, and the Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Design, develop, and support business process automation using Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.
• Build, publish, and embed Power BI reports and dashboards within Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Configure and support Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Marketing, and Project Operations.
• Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis, implement bug fixes, and support application enhancements.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance with development best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide end-user support when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 23 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Service & Support.
• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Experience in developing and embedding Power BI reports within Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing Automation, and Project Operations modules.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, CRM plugins, workflows, and REST APIs is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field. Relevant Microsoft certifications are an added advantage.
