Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Merchandiser role based in Sankrail Industrail Park, Kolkata , West Bengal. The Senior Merchandiser will plan and manage assortments, ensure optimal production levels, and analyze sales trends to maximize orders.

Responsibilities include coordinating with buyers, suppliers, overseeing product selection and pricing, and maintaining visual merchandising standards that align with brand guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with buyers & suppliers to improve customer experience and ensure timely execution of merchandising plans. The Senior Merchandiser will also prepare regular performance reports, recommend strategic adjustments, and mentor junior merchandising staff.
