Job summary

Phensa Private Limited is seeking a Senior MEP BIM Modeller with 4+ years of experience in BIM modelling for MEP projects. You will independently manage modelling, coordination, and project deliverables using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and ACC/BIM 360.

Responsibilities include developing MEP BIM models, drawing preparation, model coordination, and ensuring compliance with BIM standards. Prior team-leading capability and strong communication are valued for coordinating across disciplines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of BIM modelling and MEP project experience.
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks required.
• Experience with ACC/BIM 360 and model coordination expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain 2D/3D MEP BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare electrical, mechanical, plumbing drawings and coordination drawings.
• Perform model coordination and clash detection with Navisworks.
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural and structural disciplines.
• Review models for accuracy and BIM standards compliance.
• Manage scan-to-BIM and as-built modelling activities as needed.
• Ensure timely delivery and maintain project documentation.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior MEP BIM Modeller with 4+ years of relevant experience in BIM modelling, MEP systems, and construction documentation. The candidate should have strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360), with the ability to independently manage modelling, coordination, and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed 2D/3D MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
  
• Prepare and update electrical, mechanical, plumbing, construction, coordination, and as-built drawings.
  
• Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
  
• Review, identify, track, and resolve coordination issues through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360).
  
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines.
  
• Review models and drawings for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project and BIM standards.
  
• Manage scan-to-BIM, point-cloud alignment, and as-built modelling activities where required.
  
• Coordinate with project and engineering teams to resolve technical and modelling issues.
  
• Maintain project documentation, model revisions, and BIM deliverables in line with established workflows.
  
• Independently manage assigned tasks, prioritize deliverables, and ensure timely completion.
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in BIM modelling and MEP projects.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering/ Civil/Mechanical.
  
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
  
• Practical experience with Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.
  
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360).
  
• Prior team-leading experience, with the ability to guide junior team members and coordinate modelling activities.
  
• Strong managerial capabilities, including task allocation, workload management, progress monitoring, and deadline management.
  
• Good understanding of MEP systems, construction drawings, and BIM coordination workflows.
  
• Ability to independently manage assigned modelling and documentation activities.
  
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
