Job summary

Phensa Private Limited in India is seeking a BIM Engineer with 4+ years of experience in BIM modelling and construction documentation, preferably with exposure to data center or MEP projects. The role focuses on developing and updating 2D/3D models and drawings, preparing as-built documentation, and supporting BIM coordination using Autodesk tools.

You will resolve BIM issues in ACC, ensure model accuracy, and collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and BIM standards.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering required.
• 4+ years of BIM/MEP experience requested.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and 2D/3D modelling.
• Experience with as-built modelling and construction drawings.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination and ACC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 2D/3D BIM models and drawings using Revit.
• Prepare and update as-built models and drawings, including scan alignment.
• Review and resolve BIM issues through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Prepare construction, coordination, lighting, and small power drawings.
