Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Modeller with a minimum of four years of expertise in Building Information Modelling to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining precise 3D models of construction projects. This role requires close collaboration with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure a seamless integration of all elements of the building design process.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling: Develop and sustain detailed 3D BIM models based on architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) designs.


• Model Coordination: Coordinate and review BIM models across various disciplines to ensure accuracy and consistency in design, while identifying and resolving any clashes.


• Collaboration: Engage closely with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to interpret and integrate design intent into BIM models.


• Clash Detection & Resolution: Employ software tools such as Navisworks and Revit to conduct clash detection and coordination.


• Documentation: Create high-quality BIM documentation, including plans, sections, details, and schedules.


• Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews to ensure the quality and integrity of the models, adhering to company standards and industry best practices.


• Project Support: Provide BIM support throughout various project phases, including conceptual design, schematic design, construction documentation, and as-built models.


• Model Management: Manage BIM model files and collaborate with project teams to ensure timely updates and revisions.
