Job summary

Phensa Engineering in Kerala invites a Senior MEP BIM Modeller with 2+ years of experience to join our team in Ernakulam. You will develop and maintain 2D/3D MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit, and lead coordination across disciplines to meet project deliverables.

You will use Navisworks for clash detection and ACC/BIM 360 for cloud collaboration, review drawings for quality, and drive timely modelling and documentation while guiding junior team members.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BIM modelling and MEP project experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience with ACC/BIM 360 for cloud-based coordination.
• Experience leading a small team and coordinating modelling activities.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction drawings.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior MEP BIM Modeller with 2+ years of relevant experience in BIM modelling, MEP systems, and construction documentation. The candidate should have strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360), with the ability to independently manage modelling, coordination, and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed 2D/3D MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare and update electrical, mechanical, plumbing, construction, coordination, and as-built drawings.
• Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Review, identify, track, and resolve coordination issues through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360).
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines.
• Review models and drawings for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project and BIM standards.
• Manage scan-to-BIM, point-cloud alignment, and as-built modelling activities where required.
• Coordinate with project and engineering teams to resolve technical and modelling issues.
• Maintain project documentation, model revisions, and BIM deliverables in line with established workflows.
• Independently manage assigned tasks, prioritize deliverables, and ensure timely completion.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in BIM modelling and MEP projects.
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering/ Civil/Mechanical.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Practical experience with Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360).
• Prior team-leading experience, with the ability to guide junior team members and coordinate modelling activities.
• Strong managerial capabilities, including task allocation, workload management, progress monitoring, and deadline management.
• Good understanding of MEP systems, construction drawings, and BIM coordination workflows.
• Ability to independently manage assigned modelling and documentation activities.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
