Job summary

Arth Designbuild India in Hyderabad seeks a seasoned BIM Consultant/Coordinator for MEP to lead digital delivery, develop BIM protocols, and ensure project standards are met.

You will manage BIM workflows, coordinate multidisciplinary models, mentor Revit modelers, and perform QA/QC before deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in design, drafting and BIM management on large-scale projects.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and 3D BIM authoring tools.
• Experience using Navisworks for coordination.
• Technical knowledge of MEP services.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the overall use of BIM for the projects.
• Develop / update, implement and maintain BIM workflows, protocols and standards within the MEP project team.
• Understand BIM client requirements and analyse / implement BIM Execution Plans for BIM deliverables.
• Document and communicate best practices and workflows.
• Be the primary contact for BIM-related technical support.
• Liaise and coordinate with the BIM Specialist / BIM Modeler / BIM Lead / BIM Manager.
• Manage Revit project production, project content and Standard Library objects.
• Create families and be an expert in modelling.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models.
• Lead and manage a team of MEP CAD / Revit modelers.
• Check all shop drawings produced for completeness and adherence to company standards.
• Use Navisworks tools for review, QC and documentation.
• Carry out QA/QC before deliverables are issued.
• Provide one-to-one mentoring on best-practice workflows to project teams as required.
• Monitor team compliance with BIM standards and guidelines.
• Study the project and explain it to the modelers.
• Be the clients point of contact in understanding and solving project-related issues.

Role: BIM Consultant / Coordinator - MEP (Strictly MEP)

We are seeking a full-time BIM Coordinator with a minimum of 5+ years of work experience. The BIM Coordinator plays an

important role in the digital delivery and digital integration of projects. Using technical experience and excellent skills, the BIM

Coordinator will be responsible for the digital delivery of design and construction projects. He / She will be responsible for
