You will handle issues, generate MOPs, and execute CRs in both lab and production environments, leveraging Kubernetes expertise to resolve complex platform problems.

The role requires strong independent work capabilities and direct customer engagement to ensure timely deliveries and service quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IMS/RCS telecom support.
• Proactive issue handling within SLA.
• Create MOP and execute CRs in lab and production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes for troubleshooting.

• Should be able to work independently and work with Customer directly for timely deliveries.
