Role Summary

Plans, designs, develops and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products including cloud-based or internet-related tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, Development Own and execute end-to-end design, development for telecom software solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software.
• Implement industry best practices , including secure coding, code reviews, and performance optimization.

Programming & Tools

• Strong hands-on experience in C/ C ++ development .
• Experience with CI/CD automation pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment.

Telecom Domain Expertise

• Experience working in Telecom .
• Good understanding of Packet Core components, architectures, and protocols.

Agile Delivery

• Actively participate in AGILE/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and delivery.

Leadership & Mentoring

• Although an individual contributor role, the candidate should proactively guide and mentor team members whenever needed.
• Contribute to technical discussions, solution reviews, and troubleshooting complex issues.
