Job summary

Technoshell Automations Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an engineer to develop detailed engineering designs for high-precision printing and packaging machines.

The role involves creating and evaluating design concepts, selecting bought-out components, and sizing motors and motion solutions with a strong focus on precision and reliability. The candidate will work with SolidWorks to translate concepts into manufacturable drawings, adhering to industry standards and manufacturing constraints.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing complete machines or SPMs.
• Experience with motion dynamics and pneumatics.
• Proficient with SolidWorks and selecting bought-out components.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed engineering designs for high-precision printing and packaging machines.
• Create, analyse and evaluate design concepts and choose bought-out components.
• Size servo/stepper motors, linear guides, bearings, sensors and related components.
• Understand manufacturing processes and surface treatments.

Job description

Candidate Profile

He/she will be responsible for developing detailed engineering designs, including 2D and 3D models, drawings, and technical specifications for Technoshell’s high precision printing and packaging machines. Creating, analysing and evaluating design concepts, selecting bought-out components, sizing servo/stepper motors, linear guide ways, bearings, and other mechanical components, sensors and having knowledge of manufacturing processes and surface treatments. Should have good exposure of new machine designing, especially special purpose machines; must have worked with Solid Works Software. Knowledge of printing and packaging preferred.

Required Skills

Candidate must have experience in machine design, such as complete machines, machine assemblies, or complete SPM projects. Candidate must have knowledge and experience in motion dynamics, pneumatics, mechanical aptitude and Manufacturing practical knowledge. Candidate must be experienced and capable to work with Solid works (Mandatory).

Technical Skills

Ability to understand and adhere to design principles and guidelines, Excellent ability to understand technical concepts and processes, systems & procedures & its documentation. Quick learner. Strong understanding of various mechanical and electrical components that are commonly sourced as bought-outs. This includes items such as bearings, motors, sensors, fasteners, connectors, electronic components, and other off-the-shelf parts. Machine design- concept level thinking, Individual Project handling.
