Job summary

Clevertech Packaging Automation Solutions Private in India seeks a Mechanical Design Engineer. You will create 3D CAD models and detailed drawings in SolidWorks, develop installation diagrams, and engineer customized machinery per client needs.

You will work with production teams to ensure proper implementation, review BOMs, and prepare comprehensive project documentation while applying strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Proficient with SolidWorks and 3D CAD.
• Good knowledge of materials and their uses.
• Awareness of physics concepts relevant to mechanics.

Responsibilities

Job key deliverables:

• Mechanical design and planning, 3D technical drawings.
• Design using Solidworks 3D CAD; design and modeling of mechanical details, analysis and choice of dimensional tolerances and construction geometries, commissioning table of details and exploded assemblies and assembly assemblies. creation of machine installation diagrams.
• Mechanical design of customized machinery and systems, according to the customer's needs
• Relationship with the production to supervise the correct implementation of the project and intervene if necessary
• BOM management and review
• Preparation of the required documentation regarding the projects

Experience : 3 5 years

Candidate Profile

A) Technical Skills:

• has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics;
• Knowledge to use Solidworks
• In-depth knowledge of the various materials, their possible uses and processes;
• element of physics (mechanical theory (linear speed, rotary speed, speed, space, time, acceleration)
• Communication and relational skills, able to interface professionally with our partners / customers
• Teamwork
