Job summary

Everest Holovisions Limited in Navi Mumbai seeks a seasoned B2B Marketing/Sales leader with 10+ years in Printing, Packaging, Films, Foils or Labels to drive domestic growth and develop new brand owners.

You will build a strong sales funnel, negotiate orders, lead the team, travel across India to meet customers, coordinate product launches, and protect margins through disciplined mix management.

Qualifications

• Graduate with MBA in Marketing preferred.
• 10+ years in B2B marketing/sales in Packaging/Printing domains.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership and travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and book orders at optimal realizations.
• Identify brand owners, develop new customers and segments.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel across regions and applications.
• Execute product-market strategies to grow EHL volumes domestically.
• Capture customer needs for new product development and trials.
• Prioritize customers/products to maximize margins and optimize mix.
• Track working capital: reduce finished goods, manage receivables.
• Share market intelligence on customers, competitors and pricing.
• Lead, train, and review the sales team; set targets and monitor performance.

Role & responsibilities

• Negotiate and book orders at the best possible realizations
• Identify and meet brand owners directly; develop new customers and new segments
• Build and maintain a healthy funnel of prospects across regions and applications
• Execute productmarket strategies to develop, sustain, and expand EHL volumes in the domestic market

Grow through new applications and new products

• Capture customer needs and feed ideas for new product development
• Arrange new product trials, secure approvals, and drive launches to commercial volumes

Protect and improve profitability

• Prioritize customers and products that deliver maximum contribution
• Manage product mix and market mix to keep the plant booked machine-wise while protecting margins

Working capital control

• Track and reduce finished goods inventory
• Control receivables payment terms, follow-up, and collection discipline

Market intelligence and brand building

• Collect and share structured market information on customers, competitors, and pricing
• Track new products and new brand owners entering the market
• Represent EHL at industry events and build the companys brand image

Team leadership and development

• Guide, train, and review the sales team; set targets and monitor performance
• Build teamwork and continuously upgrade the skills and knowledge of the team and self

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Graduate; MBA in Marketing preferred
• Experience: 10+ years in B2B marketing/sales Printing, Packaging, Films, Foils, or Labels industry. Existing relationships with FMCG/Pharma brand owners and packaging converters are a strong advantage
• Skills: Strong communication and negotiation, command over English and local languages, leadership, self-motivated, willing to travel extensively across India
