Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.

• Willingness to make customer visits and develop new business opportunities.
• Experience in trading/manufacturing company preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Generate leads through various marketing channels and follow up with prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business and revenue targets.
• Prepare and share quotations, product details, and other marketing materials with customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely follow-ups.
• Plan and coordinate promotional activities, exhibitions, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
• Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, enquiries, and follow-ups.
• Prepare regular marketing reports and provide updates to management.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team for online promotions and lead generation.
• Perform other marketing and business development activities assigned by management.
