You will lead ABM, multi-channel campaigns and employer branding, coordinating with Delivery, Pre-Sales and Finance to convert opportunities into bookings.

Responsibilities include website revamp, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, thought leadership content, case studies, and regional event management.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in B2B Marketing
• Sales experience is a plus
• Exposure to global markets and engineering/IT/automotive domains desirable

Responsibilities

• Monitor competition and market trends in automotive ecosystem.
• Define Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and segment targets (OEMs, Tier 1s, EV startups).
• Build ABM strategy and run campaign-based lead generation.
• Lead website revamp, SEO/SEM and LinkedIn campaigns for engineering audiences.
• Oversee event & field marketing: ROI analysis, booth design, post-event follow-ups.
• Foster employer branding and cross-functional collaboration (Delivery, Pre-Sales, Finance).
• Drive farming support with cross-sell campaigns and quarterly client newsletters.

Position Objective: To mobilize and support Demand generation and Branding in the automotive engineering services domain, contributing to sustainable bookings pipeline for Sales, and Brand Preference of customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor competition and market trends in the automotive ecosystem
• Define Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Segment: OEMs, Tier 1s, EV startups
• Build account-based marketing (ABM) strategy
• Campaign-based lead generation
• MQL SQL conversion tracking

Key Responsibilities - Digital Marketing & Brand Building

• Website revamp (positioning as premium engineering partner)
• SEO / SEM for automotive engineering keywords
• LinkedIn campaigns targeting engineering leaders
• Email marketing
• Thought leadership content (EV, ADAS, CAE, CAD etc)
• Case studies & whitepapers
• Work closely with Delivery, Engineering, Pre-Sales, and Finance teams
• Employer branding for engineering talent

Key Responsibilities - Event & Field Marketing

• Event selection & ROI analysis
• Booth design & messaging
• Pre-event digital campaigns and Post-event lead follow-up process
• Regional coordination with Sales heads

Key Responsibilities - Farming Support

• Account-specific campaigns for top 20 customers
• Cross-sell campaign kits
• Executive connect programs
• Quarterly newsletter to existing clients

Experience Requirement

• Has in-depth experience of handling global markets
• 1015 years in B2B Marketing. Sales experience is a plus
• Proven track record of Demand generation, ABM and Event success
• Exposure to Engineering Services / IT Services / Automotive domain is strongly desirable
