Job summary

BVR People Consulting in Bengaluru seeks an experienced B2B Marketing professional to plan and execute on-ground and digital campaigns across Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, and Industrial Engineering sectors.

You will collaborate with sales to generate leads, develop regional marketing plans, and manage marketing collateral and digital content. Strong event management and ABM experience are preferred for driving business closure.

Qualifications

• 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in B2B Marketing, Industrial Marketing, or Manufacturing Marketing.
• Experience in Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering Services preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in field marketing, event/workshop management, regional marketing campaigns, email marketing, ABM, lead generation, and sales enablement.
• Experience working closely with B2B sales teams to generate leads, nurture opportunities, and support business closure.
• Good understanding of market research, competitor analysis, customer insights, industry trends, branding, and marketing communications.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and digital marketing tools/platforms.
• Engineering degree and related background considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans for Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering segments.
• Work closely with the sales team to generate and nurture new business opportunities and leads.
• Support sales through online and offline marketing initiatives, campaigns and sales collateral.
• Coordinate with prospects and internal sales teams to ensure timely follow-up and progression of opportunities.
• Track marketing activities and support opportunities through the sales/business closure process.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry bodies, associations, events and relevant external stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, industry trend analysis and customer insight studies.
• Support branding, publicity and corporate communication campaigns.
• Manage marketing materials, presentations, brochures, digital content and other collaterals
