Job summary

Medgenome Labs in Bengaluru seeks a marketing lead to execute end-to-end campaigns, leveraging internal support and cross-functional collaboration. You will drive performance marketing to generate revenue for diagnostics and research services, and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic adoption.

Plan and execute all digital marketing (SEO/SEM, email, social, display), manage website UX, and oversee Google Adwords and GMB.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end marketing programs leveraging internal support.
• Drive ROI-focused performance marketing for diagnostics and research services.

• Performance marketing to generate revenue for diagnostics as well as research services, with a clear execution plan on ROI.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption wherever appropriate
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising campaigns, and marketing database.
• Website management: Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Experience in setting up and upgrading Google Adwords campaigns and GMB management.
• Experience of Design, build and maintain social media presence.
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Experience in enhancing digital content, client funnel and in A/B multivariate experiments
• Define key insights for campaign development and go-to-market strategies and recommendations on tactics
