Qwickly Ventures is seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager Warehouse Operations to lead end-to-end warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee inbound to dispatch, drive KPI performance, and manage budgets across 3PL/contract logistics and FMCG/distribution centres.

You will direct warehouse teams, implement efficiency improvements, and coordinate with customers and ERP systems to ensure accurate inventory and seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end warehouse operations in 3PL/contract logistics and FMCG/dry grocery supply chains.
• Strong ability to lead warehouse teams, manage budgeting, and drive cost optimization.
• Proficient in WMS, TMS, and ERP integrations with ERP systems.
• Postgraduate degree in SCM or related field is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound, put-away, storage, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch operations.
• Monitor productivity, KPIs, and warehouse P&L to ensure targets are met.
• Oversee budgets, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead automation initiatives (ASRS, conveyors, sortation) and ensure system integrations.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager Warehouse Operations

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager with expertise in 3PL/Contract Logistics, FMCG, dry grocery, distribution centres, and fulfilment centre operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, put-away, storage, inventory, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitor productivity, throughput, operational KPIs, and warehouse P&L.
• Manage operational budgets, cost control, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Oversee warehouse automation systems, including ASRS, conveyors, and sortation systems.
• Ensure effective utilization of WMS and integration with customer ERP systems; support TMS and other technology implementations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, minimize stock discrepancies, and ensure process compliance.
• Lead warehouse teams, manage shift-wise manpower planning, and conduct staff training.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, workplace safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, internal stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of 3PL/contract logistics and FMCG/dry grocery supply chains.
• Experience in warehouse automation, WMS, TMS, and ERP integration.
• Expertise in inventory control, manpower management, budgeting, and cost optimization.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification:

Graduation/Post-Graduation, MBA/PGDBM in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a relevant degree/diploma in Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
