Key Responsibilities

• Handle placement of Employee Benefits policies (GMC, GPA, GTL).
• Coordinate with multiple insurers to obtain quotes, negotiate premiums, coverage, deductibles, and T&Cs.
• Analyze insurer quotations and prepare comparison sheets and placement summaries for clients.
• Support client servicing teams during renewals, mid‑term endorsements, and policy issuance.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders.
• Track market trends, insurer appetite, pricing, and product enhancements in EB insurance.
• Ensure timely policy issuance, documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in large corporate bids, RFQs, and new client onboarding.
• Support claims and operations teams with insurer coordination when required.
• Maintain accurate MIS, placement trackers, and insurer databases.
