We are hiring Executive / Asst Manager - Policy Placements in one of leading insurance broking companies in India.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of insurance products, including EAR, CAR, IAR, Fire, Marine, miscellaneous policies, EB products (GMC, GPA, GTL), and Liability policies.
• Prepare RFQs to procure quotes from insurers.
• Prepare and analyze QCRs (Quote comparison reports).
• Conduct policy audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Manage operations related to miscellaneous broker activities.
• Utilize strong MS Office skills to efficiently carry out responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in insurance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on insurance products and operations.
• Proficiency in preparing RFQs and QCRs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
