Responsibilities

• Procurement of competitive terms from the insurers
• Negotiating terms and coverage from insurer
• Preparing quote comparative analysis for client decision making
• Assisting client in decision making by expert advice for selection of insurer, terms and claims settlement TAT
• Maintaining TATs for policy issuance and endorsements
• Assisting claims team with data, reports and documentation from client
• Detailed knowledge of property, marine, liability, engineering products to guide client with right information and coverage
• Monitoring renewal of policies on monthly basis and quoting for renewal business after studying portfolio performance
• Vetting of policy copies, endorsements and other documents before sending them to the clients
• Reviewing terms & conditions of the policy and ensuring appropriate endorsement for deviations
• Maintaining TAT of claims process including timely reporting to insurers, deputing the surveyor and facilitating clients to prepare necessary documents
