Responsibilities

• Apply detailed knowledge of Property, Marine, Liability, and Engineering products to guide clients with accurate information and coverage options.
• Monitor policy renewal on a monthly basis and quote renewal business after studying portfolio performance.
• Vet policy copies, endorsements, and other documents before sending them to clients.
• Review policy terms & conditions and secure appropriate endorsements for deviations not captured in the policy.
• Maintain claims process TAT, including timely reporting to insurers, surveying, and facilitating clients to prepare and submit necessary documents.
