Job summary

SMFG INDIA CREDIT COMPANY in Mumbai seeks a ServiceNow Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end implementations across IRM, FSO and LSD domains. You will handle requirements, design scalable workflows, and coordinate with SI partners to deliver robust solutions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ServiceNow experience, with banking/financial services exposure, and can lead technical teams through deployment and post-production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Financial Services Operations (FSO).
• Experience in ServiceNow implementation and consulting.
• Hands-on experience in at least one full lifecycle ServiceNow implementation.
• Experience working in Banking & Financial Services environments.
• Ability to deliver ServiceNow implementation projects from requirements through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.
• Design and implement solutions leveraging: Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Financial Services Operations (FSO), Legal Service Delivery (LSD).
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Coordinate with the SI partner to prepare solution architecture, functional specifications, and design.
• Coordinate the testing teams for closure of UAT, keeping track of defects & deliveries.
• Work closely with Risk, Compliance, OR, Fraud Risk Management, Legal, and HR Operations stakeholders.
• Drive process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Support business process re-engineering and operational excellence programs.
• Lead technical teams during implementation and post-production support phases.
• Review configurations, customizations, and development activities.
• Presentation of changes to Enterprise Architect, Change Control Board for approvals.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and project planning.
• Track project deliverables, issues, risks, and dependencies.

Job description

Role & responsibilities-:

1. ServiceNow Solution Delivery -:

2. Functional & Business Consulting-:

• Work closely with Risk, Compliance, OR, Fraud Risk Management, Legal, and HR Operations stakeholders
• Get the configuration and customization done for ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and integrations via SI partner
• Drive process optimization and digital transformation initiatives
• Support business process re-engineering and operational excellence programs

3. Technical Leadership-:

• Lead technical teams during implementation and post-production support phases
• Review configurations, customizations, and development activities
• Presentation of changes to Enterprise Architect, Change Control Board for approvals

4. Stakeholder & Project Management-:

• Manage stakeholder expectations
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource management
• Track project deliverables, issues, risks, and dependencies

Preferred candidate profile-:

1) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

2) Strong hands-on experience with:

• Financial Services Operations (FSO)
• Legal Service Delivery (LSD)
• ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
• Exposure to Banking & Financial Services domain.
• Ability to deliver ServiceNow implementation projects from requirement gathering through deployment.

3) Experience in ServiceNow implementation and consulting.

4) Hands-on experience in at least one full lifecycle ServiceNow implementation.

5) Experience working on ServiceNow solutions within Banking & Financial Services environments.
