Job summary

Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation in Ahmednagar is seeking a Deputy Manager – Maintenance to lead plant maintenance activities. The role requires 5–10 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with hands-on Siemens PLC programming and VFD/Servo system skills.

You will drive PM/CBM/TBM programs, monitor MTTR/MTBF, and ensure safety and TPM documentation compliance. The position is based at the Ahmednagar Factory within a unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Electrical/Electronics.
• 5–10 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Knowledge of TPM documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute maintenance activities for site machinery and systems.
• Develop and implement a maintenance scheduling system.
• Ensure preventive, breakdown, CBM and TBM activities are carried out efficiently.
• Monitor MTTR and MTBF and drive improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintain TPM records.
• Hands-on Siemens PLC programming, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis.
• Operate with VFDs and Servo Systems and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Willing to work in rotating shifts.

Designation: Deputy Manager – Maintenance

Location: Ahmednagar

Qualification: Diploma / BE (Electrical/ Electronics)

Experience: 5 years to 10 years

Key Deliverables / Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance)

• Maintenance Planning & Execution.
• Develop and implement an effective Maintenance Planning and Scheduling System.
• Ensure efficient execution of Preventive Maintenance (PM), Breakdown Maintenance, Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM), and Time-Based Maintenance (TBM).
• Monitor, track, and improve MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure optimum stock levels.
• Maintain and update all TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) documentation and records.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC programming, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis.
• Hands-on experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and Servo Systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
