Job summary

UFO Moviez in Mumbai is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to oversee cinema equipment maintenance and service delivery. You will coordinate field service requests PAN India, track KPIs, and ensure timely installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, decommissioning, and OEM compliance.

The role emphasizes uptime, asset tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong coordination and reporting skills are needed to improve customer satisfaction and meet SLA targets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resolution ot field service requests PAN India, meeting SOP-defined TAT and SLA targets
• Track and report service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction scores: drive corrective action on gaps
• Maintan regional spares avallablty at detined stock norms to support uninterrupted field response
• Support installaton commissioning, preventive maintenance. and decommissioning of cinema equipment as per schedule and OEM compliance
• Monitor field engmneer productivity/perrormance agamnst detined KPIs and support upskilling through training coordination
• Track repeat failure trends and drive reduction through root-cause and continuous improvement 1nitiatves
• Support AMC/service agreement reviews to ensure deliverables and renewals are met on time
• Ensure IT systems uptime, asset/license tracking, backup, and disaster recovery processes are executed per detined SOPs.
